By-Laws

Corporate bylaws are the corporate contract to which every person that becomes a shareholder of this Company upholds.

Said Bylaws consist of a public deed in which the different aspects that govern the functioning of the corporation are specified, deserving special mention among which are the following:

• Registered Headquarters
• Corporate Purpose in which each and every one of the activities to which the company may dedicate itself is stated
• Management Entities
• Manner and dates for the elaboration and presentation of Financial Statements
• Duration
• Manner in which to conduct its liquidation
