Said Bylaws consist of a public deed in which the different aspects that govern the functioning of the corporation are specified, deserving special mention among which are the following:
- Registered Headquarters
- Corporate Purpose in which each and every one of the activities to which the company may dedicate itself is stated
- Management Entities
- Manner and dates for the elaboration and presentation of Financial Statements
- Duration
- Manner in which to conduct its liquidation
